| If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date on which you received the goods. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.
Before returning any goods please contact us using any of the methods specified above. If contacting by e-mail please enter "Returns Authorization Request" as the subject and be sure to include the Order Number and the reason for your request. Alternatively, you can fill out our Contact Form
Once authorized, you may return the goods to traineruk.co.uk by post to the address given on our website. You must remember to include the dispatch notice that came with the goods when they were delivered as proof of purchase.
If returning by post we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as traineruk.co.uk cannot be responsible for lost return deliveries and cannot provide an exchange until a return has successfully reached us. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 days for processing of exchange. We will send you an email notification when your exchange has been processed.
